Nursing Leadership to Advance Health Equity for All
Building on our rich legacy, Augsburg鈥檚 Master of Arts in Nursing (MAN) program has officially become a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) as of 2026. Our mission remains focused on preparing students to uphold and improve health and human potential across care settings, with a dedicated emphasis on overcoming barriers to health locally and globally.
As a student in Augsburg鈥檚 Master of Science in Nursing program, you will gain the confidence and expertise to lead in any community, tackle complex healthcare challenges, and drive meaningful change. You will learn to envision innovative, holistic care models and address urgent global health needs. Inspired by the liberal arts and guided by our core values, you will be empowered to champion health equity and shape the future of nursing leadership.

100% Online Program Highlights
You can participate in live class sessions while completing asynchronous content at your own pace. Designed for students who can be licensed and live anywhere in the U.S., this program features a focus on nursing leadership, with up to four synchronous Zoom sessions per semester, flexible self-paced learning between sessions, and hands-on practicum experiences integrated throughout.

Accreditation
The baccalaureate degree program in nursing, master鈥檚 degree program in nursing, and Doctor of Nursing Practice program at 91成人 are accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education ().
