Tuition for the MSPAS Degree program is $975 per credit hour with a total of 111 credit hours.

  • Institution and Program Fees cover costs associated with ACLS, BLS certification, Simulation and lab materials, AccessMed subscription, AAPA and MAPA membership dues, all PAEA examinations, HIPPO Qbank and PANCE preparation, and clinical rotation costs associated with drug screening, and national and state background checks.

HEALTH INSURANCE

All PA students are required to obtain and maintain their own health insurance coverage throughout their enrollment in the 91³ÉÈË Department of Physician Associate Studies. PA students may be required to provide proof of health insurance upon request by individual clinical sites. 91³ÉÈË does not offer a student health insurance plan, however, information regarding carriers who offer student rates can be found at the . All costs related to personal health care are the responsibility of the student.

TRAVEL COSTS

International courses also incur additional costs, for more information please refer to the website. Students who choose this option can expect to pay between $2000- $5000 in addition to standard PA course tuition. Costs change depending upon the market, international site, and length of stay.

PA ENROLLMENT DEPOSIT CREDIT $900

The enrollment deposit is required of all new PA students after acceptance and is credited to the student’s account to be applied to their first-semester tuition.

RESOURCES TO HELP PAY FOR YOUR PA EDUCATION

In addition to student loans and payment plans, Augsburg provides students with a range of financial resources including money for textbooks, caps and gowns, housing, and more. These resources – – can all be found on the site.

In a pinch, students can also from the Emergency Fund, and receive up to $200 to go towards any necessary expenses.


Tuition Grants

Augsburg Partnership Grant

Individuals who are employed by corporations/institutions that are participating in the Augsburg Partnership Grant program and are enrolled in any graduate program, are eligible for a tuition discount in the form of a grant. This discount may also apply to students who have successfully completed a Leadership Course from participating Chambers of Commerce. The grant for graduate programs is currently $80 off per credit. Grants and/or discounts are not stackable.

Alumni Discount

Students who received their bachelor’s degree from 91³ÉÈË and return to Augsburg as either an Adult Undergraduate or Graduate student are eligible to receive a grant. Please make sure your admissions counselor is aware that you are an Augsburg graduate. The grant amount for the academic year for graduate programs is $80 off per credit. Augsburg PA Endowed Scholarships

Endowed scholarships are awarded in the Spring semester. The number of available scholarships and award amounts vary yearly.  All enrolled PA students are eligible to apply and will be notified of the application and award process by department staff.

Aspiring Graduate Student Scholarship

At 91³ÉÈË, we believe that graduate education should be accessible to all students, regardless of financial barriers. The Aspiring Graduate Scholarship is designed to support aspiring graduate students who are first-generation scholars and/or demonstrate financial need, helping them take the next step in their academic and professional journeys.

Financial assistance including federal loans is available to degree-seeking students enrolled full-time in the program. Students considering borrowing loans should complete the (FAFSA).
